Paint quality (or lack thereof) will be the same on all colors.

Berlina is a pain to keep clean
Spa is hard to repaint
White is gorgeous but rare
silver's are the easiest to keep clean

They are all prone to scratches, just berlina shows them much more clearly.

If youre not a detailing freak like myself, get a silver/white/suzuka

If you enjoy detailing and are willing to do it often, get a Berlina

black is pretty bad, you can see all the imperfections, but looks damn good after wax job for the 30 seconds or so, then it gets dirty
