Default California AP2's any different?

Are the Cali cars any different to the rest of the US in terms of emissions, power output etc?

Umm...I would have to say all the cars are made the same. Now depending on the area you live(climate), can make a difference in the output of your car. Then there are some that are just a beast compared to others right out the factory. I really can't imagine them making a different type depending in the state you live in.

The California spec cars are a little lighter on their tires, a little squirrelier in their handling, and can develop some bad rumbling/shaking.

I beleive that all of the US bound S2000's are built with califonia emissions, but this is not not the same for all cars. Different regions adhere to different emissions standards, california being the toughest. There is also northeast emissions, but many states are jumping on the CA emissions bandwagon. When i factory order cars i have to know which area of the conutry the end destination is so i dont f up and have a 20 or 30k mistake that i have to fix.
