they are seat locks and can be installed at any time. it's not necessary to coordinate the install with a body shop. a torque wrench is only like twenty bucks and i doubt anybody would actually torque it to official honda spec. tight is tight and kodokan sends loctite doesn't he?

We just like and respect this long-time member on our site. We get defensive when good guys get "called out". Kinda like family.

As for me, I've had his locks installed for years. I always turn people his way when the need arises.
