Default camebr,toe,caster

hi guys can we adjust the the camber,toe,caster alignment on our s2000??? how do we adjust it???? can the stock oem parts be adjusted or we have to buy aftermarket parts to adjust it??? specially the cambert.......... sorry noob question....... thanks!!!!

yep. and very adjustable. gives you a very wide range of adjustment.

you take it to a qualified alignment shop and they do it for you.

Camber on this car is adjusted through the eccentric bolts on the control arms. These bolts connect the arms to brackets on the chassis and have offset cam plates on both the bolt head and nut sides. If you loosen the nut, then spin the bolt, the cam plates adjust the position of the arms. Moving the lower arms out (in) gives you more negative (positive) camber. The rear toe link also has an eccentric bolt, but the front uses the steering arms.

Keep in mind almost all the adjustments are interrelated. For instance, in the rear, if you want to chaneg camebr without changing toe, you have to move both the control arm and the toe link in or out. If you want to change toe without changing camber, you have to move one in and the other out. In the front, throwing caster into the mix makes it even more complicated. With patience, a DIY alignment can be done, but it's not an easy thing to learn if you have no experience aligning cars.
