I got a carbon fiber dash kit for my car and the radio door did not stick too well. So i called the compnay and they are sending me a new radio door. So now i want to cut the old radio door and make a cover for my ipod with the screen and the buttons cut out so when i mount it in my car it will match. Is there anyway that i can cut the carbon fiber. Thank you for your time.

no, the fibers are already harden and they wont break at all. those dash kits are pretty thin so you can even use sand paper to sand it down.

you might want to wear a facemask for working close up w/ CF cutting - a dremel is fine for what you are doing - good luck!
