Can the Shin-Etsu grease be used for ...

... bolts, nuts, other engine or metal greasing/protection? Or only for the rubber?

Silicone lubes are not normally used on hardware and can be a problem in some places. I would reserve use for rubber and plastic items.

Spank that monley!!

I lubed up the window trim/top trim and all I can say is go easy with that stuff. I put too much on and it smears on the windows and stuff. Definetly worth doing though.
