I have the manual and it is still hard to figure out.

There is a set/reset buttom on the upper left, hold this button down. Now to change the hour press the number (channel preset #4 I think) it has a little (h) below it, the button next to it has a little (m) for minute. You have to repeat pressing the (h) button while holding the reset button.

I hope that's right.

To set the hours, press the H (Preset 4) button while pressing the CLOCK (SCAN/RPT) button. Press and hold the H button until the hour advances to the desired time.

To set the minutes, press the M (Preset 5) button while pressing the CLOCK (SCAN/RPT) button. Press and hold the M button until the minutes numbers advance to the desired time.

You can use the R (Preset 6) button to quiclky set the time to the nearest hour. Press the R button while pressing the CLOCK button. If the displayed time is before the half hour, pressing the R sets the clock back to the previous hour. If the displayed time is after the half hour, pressing R sets the clock forward to the beginning of the next hour.

Why can't they make an atomic clock that automatically reset itself?

I have an atomic watch, bedroom alarm clock, fancy desk clock, and travel alarm clock.

I hope that one day all my clocks can be atomic!
