Default Can you help me out???

Due to unforseen circumstances, I may be forced to sell my black 2000 S2000. It has 30,900 (30K service done) and no modifications other than nicely upgraded component speakers. It also has a brand spanki new top... dealership tore the top accidentaly at the 30K service... no scratches/dents etc... it is PERFECT.

What do you think a fair price is (I live in Phoenix, AZ)... I was thinking $25K???

Higher, here in Columbus it would sell for 28,000$ or higher.

A MY2000 model 28K or higher? I highly doubt it.

The 25k may be a tad low; 26 to maybe 27 would be more profitable, but this may slow down the sell time. About to be a technically four year old car. I am sorry but I can't see it keeping that much value especially with 30,000 miles.

TGD,

Sorry to hear you have to sell your S. I would think in the Arizona market you could see about $27,000. Provided vehicle is in excellent condition/mileage is good for the year, however high for this type of vehicle.

Good Luck

ask for $29k, then "negotiate" down to 27k or so - it'll make the buyer think he's getting a good deal
