Default Can you tint the plastic back window?

Is it possible and will it help? Has anyone done this yet? Does it stay on?

Last week I installed the back static tint that stongard sells (do a search for it). I love it. It has stayed on just fine with the top going up and down. The only draw-back, and it doesn't bother me at all, is that I notice it is now even blurrier looking through the back window. I've gotten used to not being able to see detail out of the back window, so it has no affect on me. I recommend this product, It's only $30 and is precut for the S2000 window.

Thanks guys,

I have them at StonGard of Georgia so if you contact the home office looking for them, they won't know what's going on. There is more information over on the group buy forum or just email me.

Anyone in Atlanta that has a friend with a Boxter or Z-3 that would be willing to let me make a pattern from their car in exchange for a free one, let me know.

Does it attach to the inside or outside??? Doesn't it get scratched up from driving top down?

I just called Stongard and they have no idea what I'm talking about. They said they don't make it for the rear window. Can anyone give me more info about it. Thanks.

The link to your instruction is bad. How do you like it?

Why would you want to tint a convertible? Mine's always down.
