Default Can't figure this out

Here's the situation, I gave up on dealing with a dealer when he wouldn't go lower than 31k out the door, found another dealer, 200 miles away but near work locations that said 30.6, and has since did the today and today only 31 March 30.4K which I jumped on and ordered one, now the previous dealer is saying 29.45K out the door. I would have figured that with summer comming on the prices would be a bit higher ?, now to deside, Black with 50 miles on it or Silverstone/black and watch the PDI and no dealer prep [car wash=swirls ect.]

Wow that was terribly hard to read.

I think I figured out what you're talking about.. get the color that you want the most.

Price issues fade really fast once you experience the car for a while, but "should have gotten another color" issues gnaw at you for life.

$400 to drive 200mi? Not really worth it.

Not knowing which car is where, get the Silverstone. If you are THAT worried about swirl marks DO NOT buy a black car.

Silverstone/black......no matter what the cost!!! j/k....

Color first....then negotiate price... (silverstone)

Why negotiate price on a car that your not going to buy anyway...(berlina)

Yeah, I asked the salesman not to have anyone wash the car. "I have to go to class and then I'll be in to fill out the paperwork". Wouldn't you know that they washed the freakin' car anyway. I also see some wax residue...so now I have to strip their wax before I can put on my own.

Getting what you really want is worth a lot more than $400. I think black is a stunning color for the S2K, but I would never have a black one because of the time that it takes to keep it looking good. Good Luck

Thanks, know the lover/hate relationship of BLACK, miata drowned in huricane Ivan, The Question wasn't which one as I already have a deposit on the black one, BUT what's up with the other dealer offering the SS/BK for a $ 1000.00 less at the start of summer ??, I do have the right to refuse the black if there are any flaws in the paint.
Thanks for al the help

Yeah i'm sure you could if you haven't signed the contract or bill of sale. But then again, I'm sure you would lose your deposit.
