Due to refurbishing on my house I will have to move the S2 out of the garage for awhile.

Any owners have any suggestions on a good outside car cover that protects from the rain?

i recommend and use a custom fit cover from Kimberly-Clark called NOAH. they cost around 200 bucks but do an excellent job.

Use either the Noah or the Weathershield covers from Covercraft. I bought a custom fit Noah one for the S2000, and it's great.

I would suggest AutoAnything

Their covers are made by CoverCraft who has some of the best templates in the industry. Check out the chart in the link, NOAH is good but it is not the best for outdoor protection. I myself just bought an Evolution4 from these people, but my car gets stored inside.

If it's just a rain cover you're after (and from your address I guess snow is unlikely!), Honda do an OEM one custom made for the S2 at around $140 (ie:
