Are there any recommendations on car covers, any covers I should stay away from? Love the Honda cover but, $160 "ouch". The car will be covered in the garage.

 

I highly recommend the Covercraft Weathershield. It's compact, durable, and can be bought off Ebay for less than $200. It's as good - if not better - than the Honda one.

The OEM car cover is not good under the rain. But since your car is under a roof, possibly OEM is the best choice.

 

for indoors, you cant beat the honda cover... in fact, i have two of them!
they are very well padded- i cover my car even in the garage with one. if anyone happens to open a door into my car (pretty hard to do the way that i park!), the cover helps absorb the blow. i have no dings in the car after almost three years, and the cover is a main reason why.

 

The weathershield is more cover than you need for storage indoors. Go to their site, they've got loads of options.
