Question? Other than causing an air leak and low pressure, how would a nail in a tire cause the car to "pull?"

Common question. The cause is USUALLY uneven tire pressures. If the tires and their pressures are correct, then it's almost got to be alignment.

Check the tire pressure first. Air is free, but alignment cost, so try the free stuff first.
Air costs me 50 cents for 5 mins, the smartass in me had to make the comment .

Could be that driver side is too heavy, if you have coilover setup, you can have it corner weight it with the driver in the car.

LOL. You are being over charged.

Even if you do have to pay for air, alignment still cost a little more.

It wouldn't, unless it was a really really big nail. Letting air out is enough. It's certainly an interesting point, because the OP would fix the presure and 2 days later the car would pull again.

OK, I see. A slow leak such as caused by a nail could produce the problem. One thing I have learned about my AP1 is that you can't tell a low tire by looking at it. Once, I looked at one of my tires and thought it looked "a little bit low." I put the guage on it and it registered 0 psi! Our W rated (or higher) tires have very stiff sidewalls, and are very near "run flat." But of course, they don't perform very well at all that way.

I ruined a tire that way. Damn nail. I knew something was wrong, but waited until I got home to check the presure.

it's definitely not the wheels or tires.
Why do you say that?
