Default Carbon In Canada?

So the other day my car got egged by some jealous punks
Long story short my hood, pass. door, trunk, spoiler, and rear bumper have to be repainted.
So i am thinkin since there have been a rash of vandalism around here latly i am going to wait a bit before i get it fixed, but when i do do it i am gonna take the money and change out to carbon fiber instead of repainting
So does anyone know were i could pick up carbon stuff in canada so save on shipping and duties

Sorry mate

Chances are you would find best prices in local stores ... or if you don't live in any of the bigger cities? I suppose ordering from shops in Vancouver or Toronto would be your next best bet.

My experience has been that it's still cheaper to buy from the US. The shops you may buy from pay the same shipping that you do, but they're trying to turn a profit (that's what businesses do ) so they mark it up even further.

The real killer is UPS brokerage fees. They can be HUGE and you don't know about them until it's too late. Call UPS and ask them how you can broker your own stuff. It's easy and will save you hundreds.

Just call UPS and say, "I want to do my own brokerage on this shipment. How does it work?"

You pick up a piece of paper from one office, drive it to customs, pay the duty/taxes, take the paper back to the warehouse and pick up your stuff. It's brain-dead simple but they charge stupid prices because most people are scared to try it.

I think you can even do it by fax, but again UPS will be able to tell you. 1-800-PICK-UPS.
