Does anyone know a shop / person that deals with glasswork in the chicagoland area?

I ordered a painted carbon fiber hood but it got damaged during shipping.

I'm guessing it's fixable, here's a couple of images of the damage.

simon, the shop I use does a lot of glasswork - custom things too.
