carbon fiber dash
Thanks everyone! I am currently in the process of starting a business however it's been a long hard road. Developing a product line is quite the pain in the a$$. The carbon parts market is pretty saturated especially Hondas. I'm leaning towards bmw but I'll still run a small line of s2k products, I think mastergrade has it pretty much covered. The dash I think will be a one off custom work sort of thing, it is designed merely for show due to the fact you basically have to wear a welding hood to protect from glare
. I'm gonna try out a matte finish and see how it looks. The whole big idea in the beginning was to make the parts myself because I just couldn't bear to pay $1000 for a hood. Funny thing is, I've probably put 15 times that into making the parts I have. Come to find out $1000 for a cf hood is a pretty good price considering all the misceallaneous bills a business incurrs. I also work full time.

I'm trying to estimate how much it would cost if marketed.

As another idea, try making CF hardtops. So far, Mugen is the only game in town. I'm pretty sure there's be plenty of interest.

Do you have any pictures from inside the car?? and also isn't there like tons of glare from the sun??
I am going to try a matte finish after I finish with the gauges and lcd so it should take the glare out a little.
