Given that all my posts are broken I don't think this is a good time for me to participate in a poll Hopefully cthree will rectify this ASAP.

I agree. It seems to be a lot slower. I didn't have any problems with the old layout. I would prefer performance over the new design.

Yes we are working on it. The DB structure a can be vastly improved and the two slow points: loading the threads and loading the posts can be sped up dramatically. Working on it It will be just as fast as the old site in a few hours.

I've been busily fixing the fallout of a bug that Muz is refering to. Now that that is done, I can work on improving the query speed.
