CARFAX question - Answered!
Posted a long question here earlier but have shortened to provide a summary of the question and the answer I discovered.
I ran a carfax for an S2K I was ready to buy.
Records came back to include a number of "Vehicle Serviced" records that were suspicious.
Turns out they were service records at the dealership for fluid changes - validated by the dealership.
Thought some of you might like to know.
Looks like I'll be joining your ranks tomorrow. Can't wait to drive it home.

Okay - read deeper on the carfax site and they say it could just be routine maintenance records that they are just starting to collect.
Doubt we'd have any routine maintenance at 900 miles, though.
Anybody work at a Honda dealership or know definitively if a dealership can access all Honda dealership service records for a car? Or do they only have access to their own records?
If this was Honda warranty work, maybe my local dealer who sponsors the Arizona S2K club would be willing to pull a service history for this California car.
Thanks.
