How much should I look to pay to have my red carpet moved and replace it with black carpet?

Save some money and DYI. Its pretty simple. I did mine in a few hours. Just be careful that you don't break the clips.

Yeah, there is nothing difficult about it at all. Just purchase a panel popper so that you do not damage your clips and you will be good to go.
