Default Are Carpets Impossible to Buy New?

Hello Members,

I recently picked up an AP1 that just need a little cosmetic love here and there. The driver side carpet ( not the floor mat) has a tear in it where the floor mat stub is. I see used ones on eBay but it seems those tubs are discontinued and I'm left with dirty eBay examples. Any thoughts?

Best mats hands down. Pricey but superior.

I'm in your boat as well. My carpets aren't the best and I'd rather buy brand new.

Thanks for the link. Wow, these are pricey. I feel that these are only going to go up in price too as the parts from what understand were discontinued.

I would think you could take it to an auto upholstery place and get one side done a lot cheaper then buying a new one. The carpet is pretty standard black stuff, shouldn't be too hard for them to repair/replace. Should be an easy thing to at least get an estimate on and see if it makes sense money wise.
