Default Cat D S2000 - worth the risk?

Hi everyone,
I am in the market for a used S2000 as have been admiring them for about a year now, looking for a car which is 04 plate or newer with under 35k miles. There are some adverts out there for some really cheap 05/06 plates which are cat d. should I have a look or would I just get my fingers burnt! eg autotrader ad 06 plate 7K miles Cat D at

Cat d is the lowest form of accident damage in the UK - it is classed as an economic repair.
