you can get really nice BB guns at ACE and G.I Joes too, 25 bucks for a Baretta style with a 12 round clip too.

Buy some cat nip and put it on your neighbors car. lol Do it like 2 or 3 nights in a row and then maybe it will stay on his car not yours? kind of like training it.

We use some repellant we got at a pet store -- it's a green, sort of jelly-like substance that smells of citronella (the mosquito-candle smell). Try putting some in a saucer on the car where the cat likes to sit. HPH
