Default Cat removal pros...cons ?

I am having my 2 magnaflow mufflers intalled, and my uncles muffler shop asked if I want to have the cats removed and the resonator ? would this improve performance. I have heard bad things about removing cats, like the reduction of back pressure eliminates some of your low end torque. ??? any ideas ?

oh and which is a nice rear spoiler to get for cheap ?
and which company sells the hard top Tanue instead of the cheap factory soft one. ??

resonator might just BARELY help performance. Cat certainly will, but its a $5000 fine and impound if you're caught (CA) and might burn out ur O2 sensor, throwing a CEL. Also, it will stink up your exhaust and dirty your bumper. Makes it loud too.

Rear spoiler? i say oem or BYS.

Veilside makes the only fiberglass toneau cover, that i know of.
