Thumbs down

Thanks BrianGT for the PDF....
------------------------------------------------------
I made some enhancements (if you want to call it that)...
- no more first page
- the main sections are all bookmarked
- the WHOLE PDF is searchable, but forgive the OCR if it messed up in some places

Right-Click and Save As...
------------------------------------------------------
This is the original PDF with the following:
- no password
- no first page
- NOTE: this PDF is not searchable and has no bookmarks

Right-Click and Save As...
------------------------------------------------------
Enjoy.... don't kill the BW

(Like BrianGT said, if this material is not appropriate or should be taken down, PM or email me and I'll remove it ASAP)

PS. Please do us all a favour and do NOT sell it, it's free (until im forced to remove it, if anything), let's keep it that way

If someone wants to send me one that can be searched properly, I can put it on my website as well for others to enjoy. I still have plenty of bandwidth remaining on my account.

Just curious: How is it that this version is half the size of Brian's (12MB vs. 28MB)?

Text Objects vs Pictoral Objects (Images of Text) take up less bytes.

Brian, If you can host it for us, that would be awesome! I can send you mine, but it's the PDF one and can't do search with it =(

He made one using actual text derived from the OCR(optical character recoginition) software. The large one is just an image of text, not actual text. Actual text is easier to store and smaller than images of text.
