Default Cell Phone Placement

As the title says; where do you put your cell phone in the S while driving. I know you shouldn't be talking on the phone and drive but I keep my phone out of my pocket and near me when I drive. I have an ap1 and there isn't much storage aside from inside the glove box. My current phone; lg V fits snug in the door handle. I know it's strange but it wedges in there no problem. I'm looking to get a new phone and was wondering where everyone keeps theirs.

I keep mine right behind the cup holder in that little slot if you will. Seems to do the job just fine. I hate when i forget to take my phone out of my pocket before getting in my car. Being 6'3'' I dont have alot of room to move around while reaching in my pants pocket. Same as my wallet, I keep that in my glovebox if I know im going out for some quick grub like taco smell.

I've tried the slot behing the cup holder but it hits my arm when I'm driving. I'm way too finiky about that. I'm thinking of getting an ap2 consol as the cubby hole looks bigger than or cupholder.

you want to replace your center console for an ap2's just to accomodate your cell phone? wouldn't it make sense to just buy an aftermarket cell phone holder that best buy or some other place sells? that's a way cheaper alternative.

You know what, i forgot about that. I do that at times as well, cell phone and wallet get tossed in the passenger seat with the seatbelt fastened like the seatbelt does anything

I like the ap2 consols better. If I buy one that will be how I justify it to myself. lol. I dont like the cell phone holders. I'm really picky about things looking like they are supposed to be that way. They just stand out too much for me. Anybody have one that doesn't look too bad? Post some pics.

Thanks for the replies. I am so bored at work. This is keeping me from going crazy or buying a lot of crap online.

i put mines on the driver side of the radio fold down door, i also bought the flat rubber mat and cut a square and taped it on there so my phone won't slide around when im taking some turns
