Default CF hood

Ok guys here is the deal. A friend of mine told me today his friend is selling his cf hood and he wants 300 for it. The thing is bothering me is... The OEM hood is already so freakin light so why should i bother? But then again the look of it erally get me. The other reason is he has hood pins in them and im not a big fan of hood pins. So What do you guys think?

Make sure it fits well on your car. When I was young to the S2k world I thought carbon fiber hood wow looks cool. Got it and the fitment was horrible and the weaves suck. The corners were unfinished typical mastergrade work.

Leave it stock, but get it if you can get it for cheap. Then it's an insurance policy if you ever crash.

Stock is clean. I would think twice if it was vented though.
