Default CF Style (OEM) Knee Pads

I just picked these up today:

I like them, but they didn't come out perfect, so I'm going to have to buy new ones and try again.

I also had to have 2 pieces redone. They came out friggin' awesome!

The shop didn't follow my instructions on the radio door and radio door trim, so I may have to start from scratch on those, too.

How durable are these coatings you are having put on? Like will the door sills get stratched up?

Looks great BTW.

Sorry, bro- I missed your post.

The finish appears to be very durable. All of my panels still look good after a year and a half, and I haven't been doing anything other than wiping off the dust and dirt with a moist cloth.

All of the pieces have 3 coats of clear urethane, so the finish is more durable than most painted surfaces, but it will definitely scratch if you are not careful.

Just scored an '04 Center Console off ebay!

It's too soon to celebrate, though. I'll have to wait and see what it looks like when I get it. I already know it's got some damage, I just hope there's not more damage when I get it. I paid $192.50 + $25.00 shipping.

When the shop covers the console, it should hide the damage. I also don't know for sure that we can cover the whole thing. Sometimes it depends on how the piece is put together.

Sorry 'bout that! (I did see your name with the other bidders.)

I also got outbidded on the last two '04 consoles I tried to get.

I'm amazed at how popular these consoles are. The dude that is selling this one, has sold several others on ebay.
