Chargespeed brake ducts

Anyone have em? Im looking to see what they would look like with an OEM lip, if they even fit with the lip. Preferably silverstone. Also installation....easy/hard?

I've got them on mine. They fit fine, but I've got an Amuse lip that fouls it..
