My wife calls my Honda Dealer (Greater SA area) and asks them to give us the radio code which I have never received. When she tells them that it is an SK they told her to call their Chevy dealer.

I realize the car is new but this makes me wonder just how informed people who work at this dealership. I was told by the mechanics that this was the first time they had been able to see one up close. GULP! Not good!

Anyone had a similar experience?

Find another dealer as soon as humanly possible! These folks must be used to only selling Suburbans and other assorted SUVs. Don't let them touch your car. Drive to San Antonio or Austin if you have to. It sounds like a good excuse for a roadtrip; you may be the only S2K owner in Del Rio.
