What about a single Tanabe Racing Medallion ( The exhaust i most like) in the right side of the back just like the supra style? It would definetely rock!Pointing a little bit up and turned a little bit to the side.
What do you think of this?Tell me somethin

BlueS2000-

Don't downgrade your car. Tanabe is absolute trash- I won't recommend it to Civic owners, let alone someone who has an S2000. That is about the worst Japanese mainstream company out there.

Hugo (BlueS2000)-

There is a plethora of choice stainless steel cat back exhausts available on the market, and on the upper end of the spectrum there are stainless steel/titanium hybrids, and full titanium systems. If you do a quick search on some of the sponsors' websites you will find significantly better qaulity exhausts than Tanabe.

If I remember correctly, JUN makes universal titanium muffler sections. This might be a better solution for your idea. If you find a good local exhaust/muffer shop you can select the optimal diameter piping and purchase all of the needed mandrel bends. This setup would not be as well designed as many of the catback exhausts out there, but it would save weight over stock and perhaps gain a couple extra hp.

Since everyone here (well, most of us anyway) likes to help out a fellow owner or two, maybe someone could post the dimensions of a high-quality exhaust system. Pipe width at each point, length between bends, angle and direction of bends, etc.

I wouldn't mind getting the benefits of someone else's engineering time without pouring $1k+ into it. With those measurement, I could go to a local house as suggested and have them bend me something just as wicked at half the price.

Blue-
Use the following link for more information on the jun mufflers. I'm a jun dealer and I'd be glad to offer you the lowest price possible on these mufflers if you decide to continue with the idea.
