The game is ricey only if you're into riced out altezza's and all.
But mostly i keep my ride clean...just minor stuff to get my reputation up on the game. As you can see those Star's means reputation out on the streets, and you'll need them to unlock stuff.

You should SEE the people that play online, they got RICED OUT CARS. I mean it's soooo sad that you'll see bling bling 19's on civic's, s2000, skyline's graphic's over done everything. CRAZY!


But anyways

It's gonna be a while till you get to the s2000.

You'll need about 1-2 million points to unlock the s2000.

The game was well worth my downloading time

your style points have nothing to do with car and mod unlocks. the style pionts unlock decals and vinyl graphics only. performance upgrades, new cars, and unique parts are unlocked in certain events. (ie, the eclipse unlocks after event 58). the s2k is some time after that, though i dont know the exact point. i've already beat underground mode once, and am about 1/4 way through it on a second profile. the game is feverishly addictive and one of the best racing games i have ever played (and i am a hardcore racing game fan, i have 18 racing games for ps2). this game is second only to gran turismo 3/gran turismo concept, and the up comming gran turismo 4. though, for non-simulation games, it is by far #1 with need for speed hot persuit 2 at #2.

 

I just got done beating the game. I enjoyed it, I like the simple fact that I have to race to unlock mods and then I get to mod up. I have to agree some of the stuff is "ricey", but the game was still fun for me.

Just picked up that game myself.
But mine is for PS2. I don't know how long it will take me to own s2000 in the game but damn, you guys must've played it alot.
