Veilside makes a cover like that. Too bad that it's not that flush . I saw it in the recent Super Street with RJ de Vera's car on the front cover.

Much nicer looking "boobs". (I'm thinking back to the "tits" thread from a while ago.)

I believe these were made by a company in Japan called "DooV" (PH#: 045-922-7077) as a special one-off bodykit for show only.
There's no way a stowed top can fit under that Tonneau cover so very likely that the top was taken out in order for the cover to fit...
They never did make it into production, although many inquired about it, which is a damn shame!!

BTW, there's more pics of the DooV S2k(in SpaYellow) on page 82 of the HyperRev magazine Vol. 46

Yes, I do have this for my car but I would prefer it flushed like this without removing the top mechanism. I am sure that there is a way. Maybe one of the board sponsors can design something similar hint hint?

I saw both the Honda concept cover and the Veilside effort at the last SEMA show at Long Beach. The Veilside looked like crap up close. The Honda's was beautiful. The Honda guy said the soft top mechanism is intact, but that the unit is rigid and won't fit in the trunk. I thought it looked great.

In the January issue of Super Street there is an S2K with a similar type cover, it looks pretty good. Also in the Honda Tuning winter issue there is another S2K. Both of which are S/C'ed.

The one in Super Street is from Veilside and is a little bit different it is open in the back but still looks good. IMO.
