checking oil question
i'm not sure if i need to add some oil or not. one side of the dipstick is on low and the other says it's full. i checked the library and found this:
Which side of the dipstick do I check the oil from? The oil should be checked from the passenger side, but using the drivers side level.
Unfortunatly that is the most confusing sentence i've ever read. what the hell is it trying to say??

According to the Owner's Manual (you read that, right?), you should use the lower of the two. You need some oil.
That sentence is trying to say that you should be standing on the passenger side, but the driver's side is usually the lower side (always is for me, unless the engine's been off for at least 5 minutes), so you should use the level on the driver's side of the stick. Better yet, just do what the manual says.
