I don't believe the "chip" in our car's ECU can be changed. That's why people buy vafc's and complete ECU's like the AEM one. This seller sounds like a real scam artist OR maybe he's talking about "potato" chips for the S2000 "owner". Eat 10 bucks worth of these and you'll be sure to get 10-15 hp ("heartburn" power that is ). You know what they say about a "sucker" born every minute.

OK, let's speculate. If indeed a chip did exist, how much HP could be extracted from its adjustments and how?

This assumes completely stock before and after chip install.
