with some 4.57 or 4.77 gears you may be able to get in the 13.2-13.5 range.

first step...drop the DC Header...get a J's, Toda, or something similar

second step...drop your exhaust and get a T1R 63mm or 70mm with a test pipe

third step...lower expectations

Everyone says that the DC header loses HP. The honda header that comes on the car already flows well. To make a 13 flat, you'll need to push somewhere around 300+ to the wheels. Since the car makes 195-200 to the wheels, he bolt on mods you've stated will give you maybe 10 more to the wheels. And that is a big maybe. I'd venture that you're not even gaining more than 5.

Sell all of your parts and put on the stock ones. Then save up for a few more months and buy a supercharger. The horsepower:money ratio is 2nd to none.
