Default Chirping 2nd or 3rd

Hello all,

I finally hit VTEC range for the first time yesterday and was wondering what it takes for this car to chirp 2nd? While I do not want to fry my clutch, I was wondering, short of removing the valve people discuss here, how it can be done.

My 2003 3.2 TLS-Navi would chirp 2nd every time if I gunned it....

Please keep the flames to a minimum.

Thanks.

It doesnt chirp much unless your revving your car while you shift and then pop the clutch..... I wouldn't reccomend that.

Most of the cars that were listed were FWD and have lots of torque. FWD chirps easy because the weight of the car goes to the back when you are excellerating- and the front wheels have less weight on them.

I must be a slow shifter because I can't even get my turbo S2000 to chirp 2nd.

I can easily chirp 2nd, but not 3rd. I think 3rd feels close, though. The only time I chirped 3rd was when it was damp outside.

It helps if your rears are nearly bald.

I doubt you will do it in an AP2 without removing the delay valve on the clutch.

My Z06 will chirp 4th, I haven't tried 5th yet.

Get use to the car then shift fast and drive the piss out of it. You will start chirping without trying. Also I have had third chirp once...pretty cold tires and almost no gas.
