Default Chirping second gear

Has anyone been able to chirp the tires after shifting into second. I have not been able to this. If at all possible, any tips on how I should go about this??

Sorry guys - I would really appreciate a detailed explanation of power shifting and double clutching and when each technique is called for.

Damn - guess I am still just a newbie

Just don't let of the gas when shifting. Thats powershifting. Double clutch is just pressing the clutch in twice to get the car to go into first while going more than 5mph I think (don't know what it is on the S2000). Heel-toe is using the ball (toe part) of your foot on the brake before a corner while putting the heel of your foot on the gas slightly, that way when you let off the brake there is not hesitation in applying power. I used to know a website on these subjects, but have since lost the link.

I can chirp the tires in second. Now double clutching, no power shifting. I just shift very quickly and get back on the throttle as fast as I can.

What I like more besides chirping the tires during a 1-2 shift is cruising along in 6th gear going about 50mph, then just downshifting into second and breaking the rear-end loose. I demonstrated that for Bullit one time on the road. Well I didn't really break the rear-end loose, but when I downshifted, the tires were spinning for a good three seconds before it re-gained traction. I LOVE THAT!!!

I chirped the tires going into second once. I just shifted really fast and got on the gas, after coming around a corner. I was a little pissed off at someone in front of me that almosthit my car, so I blew by him and actually managed to chirp second gear. haven't really tried to recreate it though.
