Default Chrome Wheels on a Suzuka...

I'm looking into a new set of Chrome wheels on my Suzuka Blue S2K. Can anybody post a pic of what they'll look like on my car? I am open to any design, or size. Just looking to see if they would look good.

Why no? Chrome wheels would look great. I'm not looking for 19" just 17" 5 or 6 spoke chrome wheels. To Each his own...

If your looking to make it look good, than go for it. But I've heard that most chrome wheels are heavy. (I may be wrong) Have you considered a polished rims? Like the SSR GT3?

I've got chrome rims on my '03 Silverstone....the go-fast crowd always asks me "How do you like your luxury car...?" (Hint, not a compliment....) It was an economic decision for me. After buying the car I didn't have an extra 2K for rims. Someday. Anyway, it was fairly cheap $525 (for four) w/exchange of your stock wheels. Wesco track and tire, Van Nuys, CA.

More S2000 snobbery. I've never been a member of a forum where so many members get so judgemental on other owner's choices for mods. Either with wheels, wings, spoilers, body kits, etc. It's as if some of you guys take it personally, it really comes across like this. I can't recall ever seeing anything published that purports to be the "standard" for what an S2000 should look like. The guy asked if anyone had any pics of chrome wheels on a suzuka and sure enough, out of the woodwork come the asthetic police. The same thing happens everytime I read, "can anyone recommend a nice wing?" type of thread. It's obvious someone has made up their mind regarding their decision to either buy a wing or purchase chrome wheels. Other than raising the temperature of the room for no other reason than to casually insult your fellow owner, I see no other reason to answer their question with an attack on their sensiblities.
I'm not a chrome wheel fan myself but if I knew of some wheels that could help him, I'd point them out. Maybe victoriatire.com or something.
I'm not the judge or jury here but I really think it's these type of responses that hurt our community, not help it. Hell, I even have to catch myself sometimes so I'm no less guilty but what one owner likes should be his call, not ours.
If "Blue" was asking for opinions, that's entirely different and he should put his flame suit on but in this case, he's just asking for info or pics. Let's cut our new owners some slack and let them enjoy their car despite what we might think is "improper" for it.

I think that crome looks nice on cars... But hey, I'm a brother, so I'm going like crome anyway. But I prefer polished metal on sports cars and crome on SUV's and big body cars like S classes and caddy's.
