The fact that it beat the s2000 has nothing to do with it being old! You have no understanding of trim levels. Like I said already, the type R line are track machines. They are comparing it to a STANDARD ap2. And if you didn't notice, the s2k left it on the start, newer engine?! How much newer is the k series( thats a whole nother argument entirely)! Like i've said 3 times already, if it would've been compared to a track version s2k(CR), it wouldn't have been the same outcome at all.

s2k driver sucked, he was too nervous and over driving the car. I still believe the s2k could have been faster, also what tires come stock on the type r? I know they like to run AO48's over there and the stock s2k prob has the OEM REO50's.

 

Yup, 6.7 inches of understeer up front.

 

i still love my s2000....

 

 

It doesn't make the S2000 any less fun to drive or own...
