My understanding is that Honda is going to extend warranty by some percentage (5%?).

Does anyone know if you need to DO something to be covered within this class action suit?

i thought you need to fill up a form. theres a website somewhere and it got posted here on s2ki. i'll go look around for it. but my understanding is that people are PISSED not only because warranty expires sooner but also the car's value depreciates at a faster rate than it would with a different odometer (since you'll be racking up miles faster on this odo) but i believe that honda hasnt done anything about the resale value and has only adressed the warranty issue. i'll look for the thread and the website.

So this faulty odometer thing doesn't apply to '07s?

I'm glad someone posted about this. I got my letter in the mail a couple of weeks and tried to search for information about it on the forums but found nothing.

Anyway, MY04 for me, but I'm about to be out of warranty due it being three years...

Well, I'm impressed with the woman who figured out her odometer was reading 5% high. I would never have taken the time to do the measurement. I wonder how she noticed it- maybe using mile markers?

I imagine people who leased might be a little upset, particularly those who paid for extra mileage at lease end.

Regarding search: I've posted this before, as have others. Try Googling your question and follow the question with "s2ki forums"

As in: install yellow box s2ki forums

It works. This site doesn't.
