Default clutch question for the gurus

Sorry if this has been already posted?

which wears the clutch more
1)fully depressing the clutch for each shift
2)barely depressing the clutch (just enough to engage the clutch)
3)slowly releasing the clutch to artificially rev-match

thanks for the expert opinions.

also, at what milage have people had to replace the clutch and with what driving style?

Well let's just say you should be quick and complete with each shift. Any time the pedal is partially depressed you're causing excess wear on the clutch. As far as longevity I don't know. I've got 72k on mine with thousands of track miles on it and haven't had any problems.
