my clutch slips terribly and i need to replace it. Is it really worth upgrading the clutch (my labor will be free anyways). How much faster does the car feel, will it actually make a difference? Thanx for your input.

 

Yes do it, you definatley feel it, and it makes it easier to drive with the a/c, less struggle, not that hard to do either..... but it is kind of expensive if you pay to do it!

 

Mine used to slip for several counts when I shifted at redline constantly. Changing over to a ACT pp and Comptech flywheel gives instant hookups now. Have a set of spare propshaft bolts around when you do your install becasue they can be a PITA.

 

thats the best mod for the S hands down. You will feel it, must be nice to get it install for free, I paid 650 but worth it.

 

I am slipping too... after all of my weight reduction and power additions and gears my car slips for a full second when I shift to 2nd at redline. I also have to slip the clutch a bit to get it going in 1st.

I've driven an ACT setup on another car and I can vouch that it's pretty damn nice. I'll be getting one soon.
