There's a BMW Z3 near where I live that's got a rather interesting cover and I'm wondering if anyone knows where to get one and if it would work for our S2000's.

This cover does not span the entire car, but only the central cockpit area. I'm thinking this might be a better way of keeping the car cool on hot summer days than using one of those ugly looking sun shades and it's got to be easier for one person to take on and off than a full cover. (Plus a full cover, obviously, covers the entire car, meaning folks can't get a look at it. I like showing off the car.)

The only issue I have is with the straps that are used to hold it on. I'm worried that they might leave marks on the lower body areas below the doors.

Has anyone seen one of these and know where you can get one? Anyone have opinions on them one way or the other?

I have one and use it all the time. It's great. At the Thunderhill track event several S2000 owners asked about mine. Was great at keeping the interior out of the sun between lapping sessions.
