coilover
i am looking to get coilover soon.. and i want to know which coilover ride the best for daily driving....and good for its price. i got ESPILIR spring and i like the way it ride..so i want something more like espilir ....but in coilover thank in advance
I've never had espilirs in my car so I can't compare them, but I just installed Tein Flex Coilovers w/EDFC in my car and the ride is great. You can adjust the stiffness from relatively soft to very hard with the push of a button so you can get the exact ride that your looking for. I set mine on 7 out of 16(with zero being the hardest) around town and i'm very happy with these coilovers. Just my 2 cents. Good luck with finding a set thats right for you. -Michael.
thank you all for giving your opinion and yea i am leaning toward tein flex.... and i got a quesiton do i need to buy EDFC? or i can go without it. and i am lookin to get tein flex for about $ 1200
I just ordered the H&R coilovers from the GoFast lab here on the site.
They have 345lbs spring rates and utilize a remote resorvoir design in the rear just like the PSS9. Actually, from what I understand Bilstein makes the shock's for H&R to their specs.
I've used H&R coilovers in my Audi A4 and VW GTI before, both were daily drivers and I swear by them! They are comfortable for daily driving, but definately offer a sportier and more aggressive setup.
Once I get them installed on the S I'll post comments.

almost every suspension you can do for under 2k is a downgrade from stock from a performance point of view...but if you want to lower your car you don't have much of a choice. Bilstein has a good rep....
