You should really contact jsap1 about coilovers. I don't know of anyone else on this board (who is not a retailer), that would know more about this subject or with more experience. Especially since cost is really no option.

Someone has stock suspention, they get a set of Ebay specials and of course its gonna be stiffer then stock so they praise it. For the BEST suspention set up there isnt anything else that comes close to Koni Yellows Matched with a set of PROPER GC coilovers. Get the right spring rate, set up the correct compression/rebound, and they will outperform every coilover combo < $2,000....for only $900. Anyways that just my double 02
i dont doubt the konis but coils are jsut so much easier to do things with. as for suspension, i have driven stock, stock with teins, buddy clubs, tein RS, and Mugen NZ's and tein CS. i guess im part of that 10% huh

im love my jic magic not because its stiffer but because my car handles better now and they were a decent price, and im gonna have to disagree witht he yellow koni statement outperforming every coil over set up
