Default Coilovers choice

Ok I know this has been reviewed over and over and I read the posts on the quality as well. Overall everyone seems to say both are good and happy with both. I have had shocks and spring combos (neuspeed/Koni) I have had coilovers (skunk/koni) on my other cars & also driven an S with Zeals.

I just want to know if the T1R are worth the extra $600 over the megan's?

I am using my car mostly for city driving with the occasional autocross so should I spend the extra cash or use it for something else like swaybars?

I don't need a crazy setup like the Zeals plus don't want to spend the $4k on them. All I want is something as good if not a bit better then the factory set up with getting the look of a lower car.

also for the price of the T1R i can get a few other brands like Tein,H&R would those be better?

I just don't want to spend the cash twice but don't want to spend more then is needed as well as i can only drive the car 6months out of the year!

Thanks

hmmmm, i would recommend the t1r bmax out of the 2. t1r really does there research into there products. everyone says the t1r coilovers, and even there exhaust are great products. somethin else i would consider in the same price range of the t1r is bilstein pss9's or kw variant 2. the bilstein pss9's might suite u a little better, more city drivability. the t1r and variant 2 will be good to, but better on the track.

spend it on something else.
functional oem suspension here, considering only occasional autox use.

T1R by FAR!
the bmax coilovers are on of the best, if not the best, coilovers for our car that is not an external reservoir setup. it has a much larger tube diameter than other shocks in its "class". that means more fluid displacement with less movement. very good coilover. i love mine
