why don't people read the 20 page instruction pamphlet that came with their 35,000 dollar car?

I thought you are able to rev high when it's cold? It just won't let you Vtec/ go WOT getting there.

I've heard that BOOM once before also with a cold acceleration. The key with a mistake is to learn from it.
