Default Color changes for 2003 models

In my so-far fruitless quest to find a red 2002 S2K in California, I talked to a dealer who said he'd just received the color information for the 2003 models.

I can't swear to the reliability of the information, but here's what he said. Everything stays the same except:

Silverstone Metallic returns, replacing Sebring Silver.

White will now come with the option of tan leather seats instead of just red.

He said he didn't know anything about feature changes yet....

I guess a second vote of confident for white + tan confirms Jerry's previous post.

If true, would that not make the sebring silver color somewhat of a "classic" as a one year special and give it that little bit extra for future resale

Or that person could just be reading this board. Its a double edged sword.

I think both are highly unlikely myself...

Unless I heard incorrectly, Silverstone will return but not to replace Sebring, they will both be offered.

As for the white, I'm not sure the red interior will still be offered, I think it will only be available with the tan interior.
