How does Japan Come up with names for our colors?

Just look around the world and name them after racetracks.

I learned this today and looked into it and was surprised. I've always wanted to know where Spa Yellow came from. well its a track in belgium.

.......are all race tracks around the world

 

Almost all the colors of the S are relative to F1 in some shape form or fashion. Most are tracks like above.

What about Berlina Black? That's not a racetrack is it? I looked it up on google and came up with nothing. Our color seems to be SOL as far as being a "racetrack" color
