It seems I am not the only one experiencing this buzz as stated in the posts above. My installer is certain the issue is with the clutch kit itself.

If I could do it again I would purchase the HardtopGuy ACT PP, OEM disc, and Comptech Lw Fw. There seems to be no clutch buzz issue with the OEM disc and ACT PP.
From what I've heard the Hardtop guy package also rattles a bit as well

Anyways, if you think the ACT doesn't get buzzing, you haven't been on here enough:

As I stated before...the decel buzz is just something that this car is prone to for some reason. People get buzz even from OEM and there was even a TSB. I've been working with the manufacturer to solve whatever I don't like or whatever I would like more of and we've been making improvements to the clutches/flywheels. I've been very active over the years in the development of S2000 aftermarket products but I don't think the decel buzz can be solved. I'm thinking playing with the spring rates might help but we'll see. I'd like to be able to say it'll be the only clutch kit without buzzing if possible.

The buzz isn't that bad guys.

when you do performance mods you're going to change the way car looks, feels and sounds.

"I got this 70mm exhaust and it's louder than stock"

"this full race suspension is stiffer than my OEM coilovers"

"This vented hood has a hole in it"

Appreciate the performance gains and move on to the next mod!

Racing clutches are great until they blow apart. Renew your AAA membership, you'll need it.

It's usually the flywheels that blow apart not the puck clutches

Then again I did see an exedy puck style about to throw a spring out which could cause all kinds of problems.
